If something about your clean is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and re-clean those areas at no cost. It applies to every service.

- Anything on the published checklist for your service
- Landlord and agent check-out reports, for end of tenancy cleans
The conditions
- Let us know within 48 hours of the clean finishing
- The re-clean covers the flagged areas, at no cost to you
- Things outside your service checklist, such as outside windows or ceilings, are not covered. We list what is excluded before you book.
That is the whole of it. There is no "at our discretion" clause.
